Fluoride and pharmaceuticals Alzhemiers
Today, there is an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence that documents the toxicity of fluoride and its destructive effects on our health. Why then is it still added to a majority of municipal water sources and how can you protect the health of your family?
Fluoride was one of the most toxic pollutants to emerge from America’s industrial revolution and its harmful effects on health were immediately recognized. Scientific studies have shown that levels of fluoride allowed by the EPA in drinking water can cause numerous health disorders such as skeletal fluorosis and discolored teeth. The list of destructive effects from fluoride is extensive, including contributing to damage of the thyroid, bone fragility in adults, disrupting the immune system and increasing bone cancer rates.
Fluoride joins lead, arsenic, mercury, toluene and other chemicals known to cause harm to the brain. A landmark study by Dr. Phyllis Mullenix in 1995 showed that fluoride does cross the blood brain barrier. It effects behavior and lowers IQ. Scientists have also identified a possible link between fluoride, Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Many other scientific studies conducted over the years have shown a correlation with certain types of cancer including osteosarcoma, respiratory and oral cancers.
Just because your drinking water meets Federal standards does not mean it’s healthy.
In addition to fluoride, industrial chemicals, chlorine, heavy metals, trace amounts of pharmaceuticals including heart medication, pain relievers and anticonvulsants have been detected the drinking water of 41 million people across the United States. The Associated Press did an investigative report and found that many non-prescription drugs were also detected including Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen.
Pharmaceuticals in your drinking water
People are being misled to believe that water is safe because it meets government standards. Even at low levels, consuming contaminated drinking water over an extended period of time can accumulate these toxic contaminants in your body. At first the amounts are insignificant to cause damage, however, over time they accumulate until they reach toxic levels and then manifest as a health disorder or interact with medications that you are currently taking causing adverse reactions.
In his opinion, no one filter by itself can effectively remove contaminants to safe levels. However, there is a new filtration system that uses the most advanced combination of filtration technologies that has the highest level of performance in removing toxic contaminants. It is a custom design system that has been tested in several laboratories including WQA labs for the removal of Flurosilicic acid and other contaminants. The filtration system can remove greater than 85% of Flurosilicic acid, 99% chlorine, lead, heavy metals, and other toxic substances.
How it works:
The CWR Twin Slim Filtration unit contains two filters, a heavy metal/chemical reducing filter with a unique proprietary material called Metalgon™ plus a multi-stage Ceramic/Carbon filter. The Metalgon™ media is consists of a calcium-carbon matrix having positive and negative charges that attract metallic ions. Also, it has a very high adsorption surface area to reduce chloramine, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. The Metalgon™ media is also placed inside of the ceramic filter for additional fluoride & heavy metal removal in addition to the reduction parasites, bacteria, chlorine, lead, turbidity, bad taste and odor.
Compared too other filtration units on the market, the CWR Twin Slim water filter offers numerous advantages including: highest level of fluoride reduction, a cleanable ceramic filter, retains normal minerals while slightly increasing the alkalinity of the water, has been tested to NSF standards 42 and 53 for chloramine and lead reduction and removes un-regulated contaminants from your drinking water that can contribute to many healthy disorders.
